I took the product right out of the box and (after cleaning) starting using it straight away without reading the instructions, everything was intuitive and it worked great. Another excellent Breville product added to our household.

Love the power of the mixer, works amazing. The pause and time feature is great! And the added light was a bonus!. Not so sure if the measurements embossed in the bowl are accurate. A bit loud/noisey when running, but possible given the power of the motor Would have loved some quieteness to it. Overall Great Machine

great replacement
i purchased the bakery chef hub stand mixer after my previous breville stand mixer (11yrs old) started smoking and overheating. i did read a few reviews and this seemed like the best option. good guys had a great price deal, so it was a no brainer. i’ve used all 3 different mixing options and they’re great. my only issue is the whisk attachment doesn’t hit the bottom of the bowl. i applied a little bit of pressure to the top and it ended up mixing better, however aside from that, i have no complaints. the light is a great addition and the plastic cover stops flour exploding everywhere. it’s a well priced product in comparison to other mixers on the market.
