60 cm cook top
Customer service was excellent I bought a Chef model to replace an existing Chef model that has issues. I bought the 60cm model to fit into the existing cutout and when I went to Install the new 60cm is actually only 59cm. Had to caulk around it to seal up the existing cutout in the countertop which was not the plan. If you’re going to sell a 59cm can you put that on the box or make the consumer aware that it is not 60 please.

Disappointed
It works very well; however, after one use, it was badly marked. I didn't over-boil anything on it, I didn't try to clean it while it was hot, and I didn't drag my pots over the surface. After a couple of hours cleaning the marks with help from the internet, I managed to get the marks just about off. I have never used it again. I really wish I had bought a better cooktop. I am pretty angry with this purchase.
