Our First Unit had leaking issue within a week and was replaced by Goodguys after like 2 weeks due to stock shortage. One tip we got from Dyson was to vacuum all places first, then wash separately. Running a vacuum-only cycle before starting the wet cleaning cycle helps remove loose dust, pet hair, and debris. This reduces the chance of dirty water spreading across the floor and helps prevent any leaks or overflow caused by larger debris entering the wet cleaning system. Secondly for best results run vacuum and wash separately once a day for best results. Pros: Good vacuum and mopping performance Intelligent AI navigation and obstacle avoidance. Effective spot-scrubbing for dried-on messes. Saves time by automating floor cleaning. Cons: Suction is not very strong, Best results require separate vacuum and wash cycles. Wet cleaning may need occasional maintenance, such as cleaning the water tanks and pads.

Terrible product
I bought this with the belief that it would be an absolute beast like my other Dyson stick vacuum's, unfortunately this is not the case. if it starts a clean it may miss parts of the house for no reason or alternatively just gets lost mid clean and stop. The mapping function is spot on though but it doesn’t have adaptive/constant ai mapping like the debot had. If you have a large house expect a 5ish hour clean. Does not stack up to the expectations of a Dyson product.

Dyson’s AI Robot Vacuum Changed My Cleaning Routine
Dyson AI robot is surprisingly smart at avoiding obstacles left on the floor, which saves a lot of hassle compared to other robot vacuums. The only downside is that it’s a little bulky in height, so it struggles to fit under lower furniture like couches and TV entertainment cabinets. Also, if you have glossy hard floors, you might notice some marks from the side brushes while mopping, as the brushes get wet during cleaning. Apart from those small issues, the overall cleaning performance and convenience are amazing. It definitely makes everyday cleaning much easier.
