Great product for a great price. Heats up food so much quicker than our Smeg microwave that was $900. Easy to use and easy to clean. Haven't explored all the settings or functions as I just use mainly for reheating food, so often use the 30 seconds button only. The + and - buttons to add or take away 10 seconds is a handy feature and can be pressed to add/subtract during the heating process without stopping. Very convenient
