Upon purchase, I paid for express post, in theory, 2 days or so.. Finally after 2 weeks, my package arrived, but only half of the product was included!! After numerous phone calls and emails, finally told that the balance of my order was out of stock and no due date was known. So now I have half a security system. TERRIBLE communication
