Must Have!
Exactly what I was looking for! The full-size hotplate gives me so much more flexibility when cooking for family and friends. The raised edges help keep grease contained, and the non-stick surface makes cleanup much quicker than I expected. I was also particularly very impressed with the build quality. It's solid, fits perfectly on my Weber Q, and retains heat really well. I've cooked everything from pancakes to seafood on it with consistently great results. Definitely worth the investment!
