Happy but also disappointed
I purchased three separate products in three separate orders during the Black Friday sales. Although all items eventually arrived and are working well, two of the orders caused significant disappointment. Both products were shown as available and in stock at the time of purchase, but a few days later I was informed they were actually on backorder with no ETA. I also had an issue with a click and collect order — when I went to pick it up, I was told it had accidentally been placed on the shop floor and sold. While the store did upgrade me for free, the overall experience has left me feeling frustrated. I’ll definitely be thinking twice before purchasing through The Good Guys again in the future.
