Quality headphones
Bought these for my 18 year old grandson. They are expensive but got them for a good price with a price match and they are high quality headphones. He loves them and says they are comfortable to wear and the noise canceling feature is great.

An overall perfect set of headphones for work and travel
I can't get enough of these headphones, they have amazing noise cancelling especially when I'm at work and there's a lot of background noise, it completely cancels all that noise out. They are also amazing at handling zoom and teams calls as well, and the sound quality is also top tier. Very light-weight, but not as portable as the XM4's due to it being not able to fold, but the build is still great and it feels so comfortable to wear around. I was only disappointed by The Good Guys' delivery time, after 3 weeks of waiting I had to contact them to get an update and it was only then did they decide to ship it from another store. If I didn't contact them, I would've had to wait forever for them to arrive.

Very disappointed in the overall service
Very disappointed with the service provided by goodguys. I placed an order for these headphone solely because of delivery as i was leaving the country. Only to find out the delivery was then delayed by a week so I requested a refund. To this date I still havent got a refund or an email back from the store. Ive been trying to contact different stores but they cannot help as they werent the ones to sell me the headphones. I will continue to complain and leave reviews until Im refunded my money for this bad service
